We are seeking Incident Manager to join our team at our program in Coraopolis, PA. Rate: 19.62 POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Administrator(s) and is responsible for or assisting in the reporting, investigation and follow regarding Reportable Incidents as outlined in Incident Management Policy. GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations * Follows standardized incident reporting in a timely manager per division Incident Management Policy and Procedures. * Responsible for completing or assisting in investigations assigned at the local level, including but not limited to securing of physical/ documentary evidence, obtaining signed statements, interviewing witnesses, develop a summary of factual finding. * Coordinate notification of investigation outcomes through scheduled Findings Calls; inclusive of Operations, Human Resources and other identified Merakey Department services representatives. * Conducts follow up action is completed as recommended and in a timely manner. Administrative * Maintains tracking of all incidents and produces reports as requested * Attendance at house meetings, trainings, and supervision as assigned. * Other duties as assigned.
