Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with extensive experience in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting production machinery, including CNC equipment, and the ability to interpret various machinery documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including CNC equipment.

• Interpret and work with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ladder diagrams.

• Perform hands-on work with CNC Machine Tools mechanical systems.

• Work with CNC controls and other NC or PLC controls.

• Utilize a comprehensive set of tools for maintenance tasks.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years' experience troubleshooting CNC Machines.

• Proficiency in electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.

• Ability to interpret machinery documentation including electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and ladder diagrams.

• Hands-on experience with CNC Machine Tools mechanical systems.

• Hands-on experience with CNC controls and other NC or PLC controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with milling machines, lathes, lasers, and press brakes.

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Coral Springs, Florida.

Work Environment

1st shift opening - 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (overtime required, 45-50 hours per week). Work in a climate-controlled environment.
