Description We are seeking a diligent Pre Litigation Intake Specialist to join our team. Located in Coral Gables, Florida, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. The position is within a law firm that specializes in pre-litigation matters. As a Pre Litigation Intake Specialist, your primary duties will be managing client intakes, processing claims, and maintaining accurate case files.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with potential clients, demonstrating empathy and good phone etiquette

• Open new case files in an organized and efficient manner

• Handle PIP claims, ensuring they are processed accurately

• Manage property damage claims, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• Utilize case management software for maintaining and updating client records

• Carry out data entry tasks, ensuring all client information is up-to-date

• Maintain strong client relations, addressing inquiries and issues promptly

• Handle phone operations, ensuring a detail oriented and efficient approach

• Apply knowledge of personal injury law in managing and processing client intakes

• Undertake claim administration duties as required, ensuring all claims are managed effectively. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a legal environment.

• Demonstrable proficiency in using Case Management Software.

• Proven experience in Claim Administration and managing client relations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Knowledge and understanding of Personal Injury Law.

• Experience in Client Intake and managing intakes effectively.

• Familiarity with phone operations and proficient in handling calls.

• Accurate and fast data entry skills.
