Great company seeking an Accounting Manager to join the Team. Team is looking for someone that is very approachable, likes to coach, train and develop the staff.

Company works directly with LATAM, therefore the best person for this role must have International exposure. Duties are as follows:

• Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations

• Maintaining the general ledger system

• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable

• Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles

• Coordinating the budget process

• Manage the Accounting clerk staff to ensure all data is up to date for month end closing

• Hiring, training and supervising accounting staff
