Work Schedule: Fully onsite

The Security Operations Manager is a vital member of the Security Team. This role assists with security policy, project management, investigations, audits/assessments, and compliance and ensures proper support is provided to internal and external partners. This role requires an agile, flexible approach and the ability to work collaboratively with Consumer Electronics (CE), Home Appliances (HA), and Mobile (MX) business partners. This role's focus area is within the Mobile (MX) environment.

•       Drive the development and continuous improvement of operations within supply chain security.

•       The scope will span through the Supply Chain Network (including logistics) to Distribution Centers

•       Candidate should have knowledge and field experience in supply chain security, C-TPAT, FTZ, and other trade security initiatives.

•       Conducting analysis, performing security audits, implementing standards, and facilitating information-driving awareness and decisions.

•       Maximize partnerships with internal and external management staff from business teams across verticals, including—but not limited to— Logistics, Freight Forwarders, Transportation Companies, and 3PLs.

•       Will conduct or assist investigations as required.

•       Work with the security group to mitigate risk across the supply chain, including manufacturing, logistics, vendors, transportation, and distribution centers.

•       Ensure standards and security instructions are consistently and effectively communicated and applied during operations planning, development, and execution.

•       Support the development of a metrics and technology strategy that supports decision-making throughout the supply chain and gives a clear view of the flow of products, services, and information.

•       Administrate a pragmatic approach to our security audit and assessment process across the supply chain. Coordinate with supply chain partners and vendors across our network to audit and address any deficiencies related to ongoing and upcoming vital initiatives.

•       Continuously utilize C-TPAT and other Security/Quality standards to improve the overall security protocols of the supply chain.

Requirements

•       Associate degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred

•       5-8 years prior experience in security management, Investigations, asset protection, audit, and risk management.

•       Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time.

•       Able to manage multiple vendors, KPIs, performance, budgets, and quarterly business reviews.

•       Must have a strong background in conducting investigations.

•       Prior law enforcement and/or military preferred

•       Effective time management to ensure deadlines are met.

•       Candidate must have knowledge and field experience in supply chain security, C-TPAT, FTZ, and other trade security initiatives.

•       Results-oriented leader who possesses strong influencing skills and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities

•       Analytical leader experienced in performance-based, action and results-oriented management, strong project manager, and effective problem-solver

•       Ability to take calculated risks and challenge current practices to develop and deliver innovative solutions

•       Outstanding customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

•       Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior leadership.

•       Possesses excellent planning and organizational skills

Summary:

The main function of an operations manager is ensuring that the different departments in the company follow through with the plans and devises he/she makes for the business's success.

Responsibilities:

�       Direct the activities of the various departments in the company and is concerned with pricing, sales, production and distribution of the company's products.

�       Responsible for managing the employees, creating their work schedules and distributing their duties.

�       Determine employment requirements as well as interviews and hires prospective employees.

�       An operations manager also trains the newly hired employees.

�       Manage all the activities that are associated with the production of the products the company offers.

�       Responsible for managing the performance of the employees such as sales promotions, coordinating with different division leads, planning the layout and design of the store, and setting the prices and credit terms, as well as identifies goods and services to be sold.

�       Supervise the remodeling of current the amenities and represent the company during client meetings and negotiations.

�       Handle problems in a calm and collected manner, even when under pressure.
