Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I in COPLEY, Ohio. This role primarily involves providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. The position is primarily remote but may require some on-site presence.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze user issues and determine the most effective resolution

• Provide Level 1 help desk support, escalating to Level 2 and Level 3 when necessary

• Utilize Active Directory for password resets and other account management tasks

• Maintain and update ticketing system with accurate and timely information

• Perform basic network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems

• Configure computer hardware and software systems as needed

• Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when issues are identified

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications

• Adhere to all policies and procedures related to information security and data protection. Requirements • Proficiency in Active Directory

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Familiarity with Configuration Management

• Experience with Ticketing Systems

• Ability to handle Password Changes and Password Resets

• Basic Network Troubleshooting skills

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Strong customer service orientation

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
