You will play a crucial role in transforming Membership across all LEGO Group Markets and Channels.

Please note the work location is in Copenhagen, Denmark and no relocation assistance is offered for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Bring your passion for localising membership benefits, rewards & experiences, to help build long lasting relationships with consumers and shoppers, and inspire more builders of tomorrow

  • Accountable for leading the membership localisation strategy development and implementation, to define opportunities for local adaptions of the membership program across key markets

  • Lead and define the local market input process into the membership program from key markets, including loyalty trends, market dynamics and local regulations, to ensure alignment with overall group level annual membership strategy and plans

  • Drive cross functional collaboration and ensuring alignment of localisation efforts

  • Champion local market needs within the global membership & personalisation processes

  • Support the CRM Hub with localisation processes for membership communication and offerings

  • Provide toolkits, subject matter expertise and up-skilling for business units to leverage membership within their local markets

  • Lead the matrix relationship and partner engagement towards country business units for membership localisation, including regular business and communication updates

  • Build and foster a community of membership champions, to support delivery on the overall membership goals and objectives

  • Define and measure membership localisation performance indicators, and provide reporting

The role will sit in the Global Membership & Personalisation Leadership Team, with a broader responsibility to empower and inspire the full LEGO Group. You will report directly to the Vice President Membership & Personalisation.

Do you have what it takes?

You're a positive, problem-solving person who works well with others but also thrives independently, setting clear direction. You're driven, skilled at building relationships, and excel at guiding and influencing those around you.

  • 8-10 years of senior experience in leading best-in-class membership and loyalty strategies at both country and global levels.

  • Proven ability to lead matrix relationships across diverse geographies and markets.

  • Experience managing and driving cross-functional strategic projects.

  • Skilled in navigating and building support among diverse groups within a global company, including collaboration with product and tech teams.

  • Strong structured problem solving & communication capabilities

  • Excels at communicating with senior leaders (both written and oral), conveying clear recommendations based on a solid foundation.

  • Experience working in a global multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix (D2C and B2B)
