Your Job

As our new Technical Quality Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance in Food Safety, Quality, Technical and SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) across the Nordic region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Iceland). In essence, you will have three main areas of responsibilities:

  • Driving Quality You will be responsible for driving quality in products and services, safeguarding a consistent consumer experience across channels, and driving cross-functional continuous improvement.

  • Ensuring Compliance You will ensure our systems meet Nestlé, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, B Corp, EU, and other relevant standards, monitor adherence to regulations, and conduct audits and reviews.

  • Knowledge Building You will ensure that the knowledge of customer-facing channels (Retail, Trade, eCom, Customer Care) as well as B2B are up to par and engage with internal and external networks to promote Nestlé and Nespresso's quality goals.

This is a Nordic position, and you will be based in our office in Copenhagen. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders in your daily work, and you will report directly to our Nordic Customer Care & Services Manager for Nespresso, who is also based in Copenhagen.

We are looking for the Power of YOU

To thrive in the position, you have a passion for technical quality and are always looking to learn more within your field. You have demonstrated management capabilities, including the ability to lead, coach, engage, and influence. You are flexible and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. In addition to this, you:

  • Hold 3-5 years of experience from a similar Technical Quality role, preferably in an international business environment.

  • Hold a relevant educational background, preferably within Technical, Food Technology/Science, Engineering, or similar).

  • Have management exposure across several functions, including Machine/Quality Management/SHE/After-Sales Service, and the ability to effectively communicate and deliver results in working with both Operational and Commercial stakeholders.

  • Are fluent in English, and ideally also in one of the Nordic languages.

  • Are able and willing to travel 10-15% of your working hours (mainly within the Nordics, but occasional travel outside the region may occur).
