Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and multifaceted Key Account Manager to join our team. This role will take care of the management and development of our business relationships with Dagrofa and the Convenience sector in Denmark.

The successful candidate will drive sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and ensure the successful execution of our strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners at Dagrofa and within the Convenience sector.

  • Negotiate terms and agreements to improve sales opportunities and profitability.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing outstanding service.

  • Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and potential new partners.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

  • Brand Management:

  • Collaborate with trade marketing teams to plan and implement brand activation activities.

  • Ensure the effective placement and promotion of products within retail and convenience channels.

  • Reporting & Analysis:

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market insights to senior management.

  • Apply data-driven analysis to advise decision-making and plan strategically.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless operations.

  • Act as a liaison between the company and the customer, ensuring alignment of goals and objectives.

  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance business relationships.

About You

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial functions, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or FMCG industries.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
