You will support Lundbeck Pharmaceutical production with quality related tasks, drive root cause analysis and participate in GMP projects within the field of responsibility. You will approach challenges with a databased and structured mindset.

You will participate in identifying improvement potentials in close collaboration with colleagues.

Furthermore, you will:

  • Provide first line GMP support to production.

  • Participate in complex - and high impact projects and help guide our stakeholders in the right direction.

  • Ensure a high level of quality and compliance in our area by working with a quality - and continuous improvement mindset.

  • Create and review quality-related documents such as SOPs, deviations, complaints, and change requests.

  • Participate in relevant authority inspections and internal audits.

Your future team

You will join the Production GMP Support team which consists of 12 dedicated employees that provide support to Solid Bulk Production and Finished Goods Production.

The team is a part of the Pharmaceutical Production & Supply Chain based in Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby. We are 150+ employees with different professional backgrounds, and we are responsible for the commercial production of tablet formulations and packaging for Lundbeck's global market. The department consists of several production teams and support functions.

You will mainly support the Finished Goods Production, and you will report to Senior Manager for GMP Production Support.

What you bring to the team

  • A degree within pharmaceutical science, engineering, or another relevant discipline.

  • Practical experience working with GxP.

  • Experience working with continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate cross-functional.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • You are eager to learn, contribute and apply knowledge.

  • Fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.

You enjoy working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and you exhibit a proactive and solution-oriented approach. You know when to be pragmatic and when to stand firm on requirements.
