Your new role
Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain you will be involved in strategy development and deployment, project management as well as daily operations. You will be responsible for the annual budget process and performance management, including follow up and reporting to the leadership team and other stakeholders.
You will drive ad hoc initiatives or projects across the organization, and you will become part of a skilled management team leading the Supply Chain area.
You will join ambitious andenthusiasticcolleagues in a flat organizational structure that will enable the right person to make a real impact in Lundbeck. You will be interacting with various parts of the business and gain a deep insight into Lundbeck’s value chain as well as a broad understanding of the business processes in Lundbeck.
As Business Partner, you will work as a trusted advisor towards key stakeholders, and you will get a unique opportunity to embark on a steep learning curve, providing you with the ideal conditions for building a strong platform for your continued career in Lundbeck.
Your future team
With +100 employees across Denmark and France, Supply Chain is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain operations of Lundbeck including production planning, warehousing, and distribution, product introduction, supply due diligence, direct sourcing, contract manufacturing, artwork management and master data.
The position is based in Lundbeck’s headquarter in Valby, Denmark and you will interact with colleagues across the site in Valby, as well as colleagues working at the site in Valbonne in the South of France.
What you bring to the team
A relevant degree on Master level (Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, etc.) with above-average academic achievements.
Have an analytical, innovative, and strategic mindset combined with a critical sense.
Structure and analyze complex issues and independently establish solutions, ideally supported byprovenBI and Excel skills.
Great interpersonal- and communication skills, well-organized, consistent, and goal oriented.
Great skills within building and executing presentations.
Team player with a proven ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with others as well as individually to meet shared objectives - and get things done.
Present yourself as senior in the sense that you can challenge your stakeholders and participate in developing our business area.
