As Business Partner Finance & Controlling, you will play a key role in supporting the financial operations and decision-making processes for our Nordic region. You will be an important member of the Nordic organization, ensuring governance requirements are met and supporting business partners with efficient solutions. The primary focus is to deliver timely, accurate, and compliant financial processes and professional business analysis, collaborate to bridge the gap between finance and other functions, build relationships, and improve processes for better company outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate payment of VAT, tax, and other fees.

• Collaborate with the finance team to conduct month- and year-end closing processes.

• Key point of contact for local organisation regarding finance and accounting questions and topics.

• Maintain contact and cooperation with internal and external functions and partners.

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Support sales performance review and business steering across the Nordics.

• Assist with forecasting and budgeting.

• Responsible for financial business modelling for investments and ad hoc business analysis.

• Min. Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

• Some documented experience from a role in accounting/controlling/finance/business partnering or similar role is required.

• Knowledge of taxation regulations and requirements.

• Thorough knowledge of financial and accounting process and procedures.

• Experience from VAT reporting is required.

• Experience from international business context is merit.

• Experience from collaboration with SSC is a merit.

• Experience of SAP and SAP business warehouse (BOA) is a merit.

• Experience from working with reporting, Power BI and BW systems is a merit.

• Fluent in English and a local Scandinavian language (written and spoken)

• Experience of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook

• The role requires occasional travel.
