Join our team as a production manager in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our fabrication operations, ensuring high-quality production and efficient workflow. Set up and program Turrets, Press Brakes, Punch Presses, and CNC equipment. Work with scheduling to create and adjust schedules, accommodating operator vacations. Conduct team meetings and set departmental goals. Coordinate and provide safety training. Read and interpret blueprints. Train employees on fabrication machinery operation. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with QA Department to ensure parts meet customer specifications. Requirements of the production manager: 5+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Fabrication Lead. Experience in an ISO Environment is preferred. Additional Information: Apply today!
