TopLine Financial Credit Union Operations Manager in Coon Rapids, Minnesota
TopLine Financial Credit Union has been a member-owned financial services cooperative since 1935. We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic individual to provide leadership, direction and enhancement to our Branch Operation team who are dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. At TopLine, our Operations Manager focuses on enhancing the overall member experience while providing support and leadership to our branch locations and Contact Center. A successful Operations Manager will be able to: Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff by providing leadership and direction in order to meet credit union & department strategic goals and objectives. Responsible for establishing tracking & monitoring individual and department performance goals as they relate to the overall performance of the credit union. Maintain a professional approach and effective relationships with all departments within the credit union. Responsible for the overall direction and performance relating to member experience. Supervise, coach and develop Contact Center Manager. Monitor branch operations to ensure sound business practices and adherence to credit union/NCUA/ Regulatory policies and procedures. Main point of contact for all specialty account questions (i.e. IRA s, Trust, Estate, Business, etc.) Responsible for ensuring internal audits (ICRP) are conducted and completed by Branch Managers. Develop strategy to support credit union service expectations across the Branch Operations team to cross sell products and services based on the financial needs of our members using a consistent, professional approach while providing a high quality of service for members. Coach Contact Center Manager to create and support Service Excellence cross-selling based on member needs, as well as development of sales strategies for individual departments to achieve sales goals. Assist staff or members in finding win-win solutions to member problems. Generate, analyze and monitor reports to determine employee efficiency, accuracy and business opportunities to understand & improve delivery & quality of member service. Provide input and recommendations for the improvement of service delivery and assist in the development and implementation of such processes. Collaborate with department leads to keep lines of communication open in order to ensure staff is knowledgeable and members are being served accurately and consistently. Anticipate training and service needs and communicate them to VP Retail Branch Operations and the Learning and Development Department. Monitor the Branch Operations budget. Provides managerial and lending support in the absence of a manager Develop relationships with industry peers in order to learn best practices.
