Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a highly meticulous HR Coordinator in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. In this role, you will be part of a team that focuses on updating system emails and employee data.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effective operation of the Learning Management System (LMS) by updating system and employee emails

• Utilize the Ceridian software in performing HR related tasks

• Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding the LMS

• Implement learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance

• Maintain clear and open communication channels within the team and across the organization Requirements • Demonstrated experience in a role such as HR Coordinator, HR Officer, or similar within the Human Resources field.

• Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Ceridian preferred.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.

• Expertise in devising and implementing learning and development strategies to enhance employee performance and organizational growth.

• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

• Proficiency in office productivity software; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.

• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus.
