TopLine Financial Credit Union Fraud and Risk Specialist in Coon Rapids, Minnesota
Anoka Hennepin Credit Union is a Division of Topline Financial Credit Union. We are looking for outgoing individuals to become a part of our team that is dedicated to building life-long relationships to help our members reach and manage their financial goals. Duties and Responsibilities: Promotes TopLine Financial Credit Union Red Book member service culture, philosophy and values ensuring quality and teamwork in all areas by coaching and providing support in the department and throughout the organization. Reviews transaction monitoring alerts, utilizes knowledge and applies decision making skills to take appropriate action or appropriately assigns alerts. Investigate, document and maintain records. Investigates, tracks and monitors reports of fraud and identity theft. Acts as subject matter expert (SME) and decision-making resource for the credit union. Handles escalated calls and situations to assist front line staff with complex fraud cases. Participates in credit union online system development and maintenance and proactively implements business process improvement initiatives to mitigate fraud/risks. Works directly with Operations, Plastic Cards, Accounting and Collections departments on fraud issues. Keeps detailed records of fraudulent activity perpetrated through the credit union and reports to the VP Risk Management. Assists with preparation and maintenance of Suspicious Activity Reports and Cash Transaction Reports. Assists with all requests from 3rd parties including, but not limited to, subpoenas, search warrants, law enforcement requests. Assists HR/Training in development of material and training employees with respect to fraud, risk, and ID theft. Actively participates in local fraud prevention networking groups, keeping current on trends and fraud scenarios. Assists with filing of bond claims and insurance claims when necessary. Perform other tasks as assigned or requested.
