Join our team in Coon Rapids, MN, where you'll lead a dynamic team and operate a variety of machinery, including Boschert Bus Punch Turet, laser, waterjet, punch press, press brake, shear, and possibly a forklift. Hours: Monday Thursday, 2:15 pm - 12:45 am Benefits of the fabrication lead: Paid Time Off (PTO) / Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) 8 paid holidays each year Health insurance Paid weekly Vision and Dental Insurance 401(k) Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Duties of the fabrication lead: Operate and oversee machinery, including Boschert Bus Punch Turet, laser, waterjet, punch press, press brake, and shear Lead and supervise the fabrication team to ensure productivity and quality standards are met Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to OSHA standards Coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines Operate a forklift as needed Requirements of the fabrication lead: Proven experience in a fabrication lead role or similar position Proficiency in operating various fabrication machines Knowledge of general industry OSHA standards Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production goals Additional Information: Apply today!
