Canvas Health is a non-profit, Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) specializing in serving clients who are on Medicaid. Position Summary This position provides a full spectrum of outpatient treatment services including assessment, group facilitation, individual and family sessions, service coordination and serving as an integral member of our substance use treatment team. It incorporates an asset/strength-based philosophy and demands a creative use of knowledge in the delivery of cognitive behavioral interventions and the coordination of services. This position is collaborative in nature and requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with Court Services, Social Services, substance use providers, mental health providers, schools, managed care and various other community resources. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in human services or related field Possess a MN LADC or ADC-T licensure Experience with Comprehensive Assessment Five (5) or more years' experience working with substance use disorders Experience working with Court Services, Social Services and Managed Care networks Preferred Qualifications One-year supervisory experience Thirty (30) hours of adolescent development training Experience with Electronic Health Record systems Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse population As an essential healthcare provider, Canvas Health follows all local, state, and federal guidelines regarding COVID-19 precautions.
