Cleaning Technician Position Summary The cleaning and tumbling positions perform the cleaning and tumbling needs for the manufacturing areas. The cleaning and tumbling personnel are required to maintain acceptable cosmetic appearances to the part after their operation is completed. 1st shift Monday - Friday: 6:00am to 2:30pm Responsibilities Cleaning Technician Duties and Responsibilities

  • Clean/Tumbling precision medical components
  • Inspecting products for conformance to print
  • Filling out tumbling/cleaning process forms
  • Meeting customer delivery schedules
  • Filling documents and ensure that transactions being recorded in ERP system.
  • Completes all other work duties as assigned

Qualifications Cleaning Technician Position Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent (GED)
  • Ability to read, comprehend, follow and document work instructions, standard operating procedures, and training documents
  • Must be comfortable working with chemicals

Cleaning Technician Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Blueprint reading ability for notes on cleaning or passivation experience
  • Understanding ASTM (American Standard for Testing Materials) specifications
  • Previous experience in clean room, tumbling, or related manufacturing environment

Cretex Companies use cutting oils, solvents, and other chemicals in the manufacturing process. Testing is conducted on a periodic basis to ensure that all chemicals are kept well below the OSHA permissible exposure levels.
