Ihre Rolle

Wir suchen einen stellvertretenden Schichtleiter (m/w) für unseren Bereich Kontraktlogistik.

Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Supervision and organization of a camp team

• Management of temporary workers (breaks, times, discipline…)

• Representation of shift manager activities in the absence of the shift manager

• employee motivation

• Allocation of employees according to the needs and requirements of daily business

• contact person for employees with questions about daily business

• Preparation of figures and conduct of daily board meetings

• Early addressing of problems to the shift manager and submission of potential solutions

• Evaluation of the productivity and efficiency of the team together with the shift manager

• Communication of identified problems for management and proposal of potential solutions

• Active support of the shift manager in continuous improvement projects and independent implementation of such projects

• Identification of operational, organizational or qualitative problems and subsequent root cause analysis and determination of necessary corrective measures

Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen

• Completed training and initial operational experience as a manager in the field of freight forwarding/logistics

• Good communication skills and experience in conflict management

• First experience in time management

• Advanced MS Office knowledge

• Ability to manage productivity while taking into account KPIs and costs

• Fluent in French and German, knowledge of English is an advantage 

• Team player and the ability to meet schedules and deadlines

• Strong quality orientation
