Title: Sr Payroll Analyst

Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid)

Pay: $35 - $40 an hour

A global leading company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to join their team! The primary areas of responsibility of this position are to perform various assignments such as international payroll processing, US tax registration, running weekly payroll reports in preparation for weekly payroll payments, preparing and submitting all weekly payroll deductions/withholdings, preparing all weekly, monthly, quarterly and end of year mandatory payroll reports, and more!

Description:

Full cycle Payroll Processing

US Tax Registration

Managing Long term Incentive Plans

Understanding Payroll regulations

Tax Resolutions

Benefits and deductions

Processing Bi-Weekly Payroll for US and Canada.

calculate net salaries considering deductions and withholdings

Ensure payroll and tax documents are accurate

Update general ledger and payroll files

Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules

Monitor paid and unpaid leaves

Process overtime earnings or holiday deductions

Resolve payroll problems (e.g. overlooked bank holidays, late payments, etc.)

Answer employee questions concerning payroll

Participate in payroll audits

Ensure compliance with governmental laws on

Experience:

• MUST HAVE experience with international payroll processing (US & Canada)

• MUST HAVE experience with ADP Workforce Now

• MUST HAVE experience with workday

• 2+ years processing equity payroll

• US Tax registration experience
