Job Title: Electrician

Job Description

The Electrician works primarily with other tradespeople in a predominantly residential setting. Tasks vary widely and may include home wiring diagnostics and repairs, panel replacement, remodeling projects, as well as advising and consulting others within your areas of expertise. Must be a team player, have a good attitude, be highly motivated and have a good work ethic.

Work Environment

Mostly residential new construction. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Physical demands include the ability to occasionally lift equipment, tools, products, and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Safety is paramount, and all employees must follow safety rules, practice safe work habits, utilize appropriate safety equipment, and report unsafe conditions.
