Collect, analyze, develop, document, communicate business requirements, and support user testing to achieve business goals. Assess business needs to advise and manage changes to assist in identifying business priorities and related options. Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions. Analyze business operations to identify strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements. Perform business process redesign and documentation for new technology. Develop user test cases and system integration testing and validate test results. Identify the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution. Inform business unit of problems, issues, and resolutions and analyze performance metrics to ensure business satisfaction.
Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in MIS, Learning Science and Technologies or in a related IT field, and 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or a related occupation in the healthcare industry. Experience must include: Utilizing Vendavo CPQ implementation supporting price request process, price request rules-setting process and application integration with other systems and DPO (Deal Price Optimization); and conducting Vendavo Pricing tools integrations with SAP/PI and Salesforce systems and EAP Synapse, Scrum, Kanban and JIRA. Telework permitted within commuting distance to worksite.
