Client Support Associate - Workout

Responsibilities

  • Assists Workout Officers with transaction histories, pull statements, account transfers, payments, requesting payoff letters, QPR’s, loan sales, daily overdrafts, etc.

  • Assists with Compliance requested items during exams to gather data / files

  • Handles daily limited customer requests via phone and/or system such as account opening, account closing, fraud, etc.

  • Performs advances, transfers, payoffs and pay downs on loans

  • Meets expectations set for compliance testing related to Workout banking regulations

  • Collaborates with internal operational and portfolio management areas to respond to client needs in a timely manner and take immediate action to address issues as they arise, escalating when appropriate.

  • Participate and sometimes lead projects as needed.

  • Adheres to process standards and documented procedures.

  • Loan Closes, modifications and or extensions

  • Weekly delinquency reporting

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3-5 years of customer service or business process experience

  • 0-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and make prudent decisions

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal)

  • Fluid in adapting to and embracing change for themselves and with others

  • Proven customer service/relations skills

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management and internal departments.

  • Well organized, detail oriented and exceptional problem solving and follow-through skills.

  • Knowledge of Vision, McCraken, Infolease are a plus

Working Conditions

Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown. Physically capable of lifting up to fifty pounds, able to bend, kneel, climb ladders.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Salary: $63,000 - $87,500/year
