We are seeking an acccounts payable clerk skilled in management of the outflow of company's capital. This is an entry level position that is also a temporary to permanent opportunity for the ideal candidate. Must have a minimum 2 years experience in accounting, accounts payable tasks, SAP vendor management, and high volume invoice management. Requires a clean background check and drug screen prior to start date.

salary: $17 - $19 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities & duties:

 Processing vendor invoices using 3-way match

 Posting electronic payments based on a daily debit report

 Processing employee reimbursement expense reports

 Reviewing vendor statements

 Responding to vendor inquiries

 Preparing checks to be mailed weekly

o Printing stamps from website

o Keeping up with mailing supplies

o Utilizing UPS/USPS/FEDEX websites

 Vendor file management both physical and digital

o Filing all vendor paperwork

o Purging/boxing up files quarterly

 Vendor set-up

o Completing credit applications and provide documentation to the new vendor

o Requesting needed documentation needed to set-up the vendor in SAP

 Maintaining vendor profiles in SAP

 Work closely with General Managers and Purchasers to process invoices

 Answering phones/vendor inquiries
