Plumbing/HVAC Tech - This person will be doing installations, repairs as well as Diagnosing and working as a service technician.
<P> Responsibilities <LI> Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks related to HVAC and plumbing systems. <LI> Utilize knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems to troubleshoot and resolve issues. <LI> Apply expertise in construction and service technician experience to deliver high-quality service. <LI> Interpret schematics and HVAC designs to ensure accurate and efficient work. <LI> Demonstrate mechanical knowledge in field service, appliance repair, and property maintenance. <LI> Drive company van to various locations for service calls. <LI> Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean driving record.
<P> General Plumbing Repair including but not limited to re-piping, faucet repair/installation, leak repair, small excavations as needed.
<P> Shift - <LI> On Call Availability.
<P> Experience - <LI> 1-2 Years.
<P> Requirements - <LI> Drug Screening. <LI> Reference Check/Background Check. <LI> Own Tools. <LI> Own Car.
