Ricoh Americas Corporation Bilingual Scheduler (French & English) in Concord, Ontario

Bilingual Scheduler (French & English)

The Scheduler is responsible for the order staging data entry to insure the timely fulfillment of product requests as well as communicating to the key stakeholder's product ETA and timing of delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide order staging data entry (Baan) of all equipment orders;

  • Schedule deliveries according to customer's request;

  • Communicate special needs and requests to delivery carrier;

  • Ensure equipment is configured according to the pick ticket/sales order;

  • Ensure all paperwork is processed accurately and completely;

  • View equipment availability based on requests and stage orders as required;

  • Communicate product availability to the sales group and timing of delivery based on planned delivery date;

  • Data Entry into Transportation system for delivery of product;

  • Communicate product needs to inventory control management as needed and required;

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary Education

  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Fluent written and verbal communication in French and English

  • Strong knowledge of ERP, Baan an asset

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Fosters and creates a team work environment

  • Interacts professionally at all levels internally and externally

  • Ability to encourage and build positive relationships and communicate effectively with all coworkers and outside vendors;

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills; team building skills

  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational, time management and planning skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

  • Strong problem solving skills and sound decision making abilities

  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
