Job Description
Total 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience with 1 year experience in HealthCare Industry as preferred experience.
• Being Hands-On is a critical requirement.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge technical solutions for EHR products, leveraging cloud technologies and microservices architecture on Kubernetes.
• Proficient in Java and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of database query languages, including SQL, and proficient in working with data formats like XML, JSON, and RESTful APIs.
• Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, and design effective procedures to provide timely resolutions and workarounds for customers.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of processes within the EHR healthcare ecosystem, including partner products/services and third-party systems, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration.
• Design, build, and automate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for EHR Application Services to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries, providing clear guidance on implementation and offering expert solutions.
• Build and curate a Knowledge Base on EHR and New Millennium applications, ensuring the sharing of best practices and lessons learned across teams.
• Collaborate in an Agile development environment with global teams, continuously improving processes to boost productivity and drive the delivery of superior products to our customers.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Member of Technical Staff to join our dynamic Health Applications team. In this role, you will be instrumental in building next-generation EHR products and providing exceptional customer support. You will work with cutting-edge technologies, including cloud-native solutions , microservices architecture on Kubernetes , modern UI frameworks , and advanced Conversational and Generative AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implement Advanced EHR Solutions: Leverage cloud-native technologies, microservices, and Kubernetes to create scalable, high-performance EHR solutions.
Customer Support Excellence: Provide post-deployment support, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, support escalation teams, and product management to deliver robust, maintainable solutions that remove blockers and drive customer success.
Drive Innovation in UI & AI: Lead the adoption of modern UI frameworks and cutting-edge AI technologies, including Conversational and Generative AI, to elevate product capabilities and user experience.
Ensure Engineering Excellence: Promote best practices through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, and adherence to high-quality engineering standards.
Technical Leadership: Offer mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Automate Processes: Use Oracle Application Express (APEX) to develop tools that automate routine tasks, enhancing operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Insights: Develop and analyze Grafana dashboards and logs to monitor system performance and ensure optimal service across the fleet.
Network Troubleshooting Expertise: Troubleshoot and resolve OCI-level network issues, ensuring the smooth operation of all systems.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $79,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
