Job Opportunity: Maintenance Technician Are you looking for your next role as a Maintenance Technician? You've found the right place! Our company, located in Concord, NH, is a globally leading supplier of plants, equipment, and services for hydropower stations, the pulp and paper industry, the metalworking and steel industries, and for solid/liquid separation in the municipal and industrial sectors, as well as for animal feed and biomass pelleting. Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to take on the responsibility for the maintenance of our building, grounds, and assets at the Concord facility. The ideal candidate will safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes and forklifts, as well as hand and power tools. Job Details:

• Location: Concord, NH

• Hours: 1st shift (flexible hours)

• Duration: Monday to Friday, Direct Hire Permanent Opportunity

• Pay: $30 - $35/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain building, grounds, and facility assets.

• Electrical & motors experience is a must!

• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Utilize hand and power tools safely and efficiently.

• Basic computer skills is a must. Ideally has experience with CMMS software

• Experience directing outside contractors is a must!

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance of building, grounds, and assets at the Concord facility Safely and efficiently operate overhead cranes and forklifts. Safely and efficiently operate hand and power tools.

• Our oldest lathe was manufactured in 1918, and max capacity is 100,000.00 lbs. The hire needs to be immediately comfortable working on similar equipment, and should be familiar with general plumbing, electrical, etc. as far as facility maintenance

• Needs to have a moderate understanding of OSHA regulations

• Ability and willingness to direct employees and external contractors Demonstrate understanding of pumps, electrical systems, motors, drives, and boilers

• Pumps & boiler experience preferred

• Electrical & motors a must

• Ability and willingness to order necessary parts for the completion of maintenance needs

• Ability to read and understand standard prints and instructions.

• Ability to develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedules

• Willingness to work on off shifts to repair and or supervise the repair of urgent maintenance needs

• Ability to perform other maintenance, housekeeping, painting and miscellaneous tasks as needed and/or as directed by supervision.

• Be willing and able to proficiently perform all tasks with or without supervision. Must have computer skills (Word/Excel)

• Basic computer skills is a must. Ideally has experience with CMMS software

• Experience directing outside contractors is a must!
