ClearChoiceMD Credentialing Specialist in Concord, New Hampshire

ClearChoiceMD is seeking a dependable full-time Credentialing Specialist in Concord, NH. Our ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in medical billing.

A typical day in the life of a Credentialing Specialist, includes:
Credentials new and existing providers with CareWell and/or ClearChoiceMD and Joint Ventures through the state licensing boards and insurance payors as expeditious and practicable
Assists PA’s and supervisors in applying for state licenses as expeditiously as possible – Physician Assistant License Supervision
Adheres to licensure rules and regulations in each state that CareWell and/or ClearChoiceMD and Joint Ventures operate in
Communicates efficiently to Providers and gives them status updates regarding credentialing updates, licensure expirations, and changes in information.
Utilize information systems to apprise management of status of pending providers
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proven experience in maintaining confidentiality
Outstanding interpersonal s k il l s and problem-solving skills t o ef f ect iv e l y a n d c o u r t e o us l y work with Providers and Insurance Companies
Excellent judgment and initiative on tasks
Commitment to teamwork
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years’ old
Are legally eligible to work in the United States
At least 2-years of experience in medical billing
Experity experience preferred
A typical work schedule consists of weekdays 8am – 4:30pm in Concord, NH. This is a hybrid role in which the employee would be required to be in the office a minimum of 2-3 days a week or more as needed.
