Robert Half Systems Business Analyst in Concord, North Carolina
Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Business Analyst in Concord, North Carolina. In this role, you will be working extensively with business systems, specifically focusing on CRM platforms, including HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
• Engage in the management of third-party projects related to HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth execution and completion.
• Understand and interpret backend data to derive meaningful insights for business strategy enhancement.
• Leverage your CRM expertise to optimize customer relationship management processes and systems.
• Contribute to the maintenance and implementation of the CRM platform, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure that the CRM system aligns with business goals and objectives.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action based on account status.
• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely and detail oriented manner, fostering improved customer relationships.
• Participate in continuous learning and development opportunities to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in business systems and CRM. Requirements • Proven experience as a Systems Business Analyst or similar role.
• Proficient understanding of Business Systems.
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is essential.
• Proficiency in CRM - Customer Relationship Manager is required.
• Experience with HubSpot will be highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
