Hybrid Senior Accountant – Elevate Your Expertise with Flexibility

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team in a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both remotely and in-office. If you have a solid background in accounting and a passion for precision and leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career. Pay: $41.00 - $46 .00 (Depending on Experience).

What You’ll Do

• Oversee and manage general ledger accounting, ensuring accurate categorization of assets, liabilities, and expenses.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and company policies.

• Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses to support strategic decision-making.

• Reconcile bank accounts and perform complex account reconciliations.

• Collaborate with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth audit process.

• Mentor and support junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and efficiency.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial processes and controls.

  Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Three or more years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior accountant role.

• Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software such as Sage, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.

• Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
