THE JOB
The Venue Operations is to assist with the excellent care of Toyota Pavilion , its infrastructure , and appearance.
The Venue Operations will conduct daily and weekly routine checks; identify and manage basic repairs; Ensure all areas are clean, tidy and well presented; Ensure highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene practices; supervise deliveries; Communicate plans for improvements and repairs to the facilities manager; effectively interface with venue management, visitors, contractors, clients and Company head office; provide event oversight for facilities department.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Perform maintenance duties according Toyota Pavilion at Concord service standards
Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to Toyota Pavilion at Concord Service Standards
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
Keep current on all standard operating procedures
Turn all lost and found items into Operations Manager
Attend pre-shift meeting conducted by Operations Manager prior to start of each shift
Assist Other Employees as needed
Replaces burned out light bulbs or report same to supervisor
Maintains service rooms and storage areas in a clean orderly manner
Reports all repairs required and safety and fire hazards to supervisor
Observes safety standards and practices
Performs related duties as required or assigned within job classification

Required:
First-class client and customer service
Passionate and enthusiastic for the live events industry
Flexibility to work irregular hours (weekends/evenings/public holidays)
Willingness to build positive working relationships
A proactive organizer in problem-solving who can negotiate solutions
Proficient computer user with ability to learn technical equipment
Experience in facility operations
Ability to read, write and follow written instruction
Detail-oriented and team player with a positive “can-do” attitude
Early Morning, Day and/or Nighttime availability
Sense of Urgency
Time Management
Critical thinking and decision making
High School diploma
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Physical Demands/Working Environment:
Work environment is fast paced
Position requires extended periods of prolonged standing, bending, stooping, reaching, and working on your feet
Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs using proper lifting techniques
Tolerance of loud noises
Experience in a live music environment

The expected compensation for this position is:
$16.50 USD - $20.50 USD Hourly
** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
