Key Account Manager - Non Gyn Cytology Specialist

Iberia region - ideally based in Madrid or Barcelona

Our Diagnostics division is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Spain. The Key Account Manager will drive business growth in the non gyn cytology market. The Key Account Manager will create new opportunities and convert conventional cytology to Liquid Based cytology (LBC), increasing market share and impacting the sales performance in Iberia.

What You Can Expect:

  • Drive results and sales performance in the territory.

  • Develop and execute against strategic and tactical territory plans to ensure achievement of targets and of year on year growth

  • Support and train new/ existing users of LBC non gyn. This also includes supporting the pre-contract site assessment, troubleshooting, customer education and tradeshow support.

  • Provide training in morphology non gyn, transform the conventional cytology non gyn to LBC through designed training programs.

  • Support users with non gyn morphology diagnostics.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sale Representatives within the Iberia to grow the non gyn market in their region

  • Provide excellence in customer relationship management, customer service and support.

  • Provide effective representation and positive promotion of the Hologic brand.

What We Expect:

  • Cytology / Pathology background.

  • Strong level of experience in non gyn cytology as a Sales Application Specialist or in an Account / Key Account Manager capacity.

  • Knowledge of health care/ medical device industry in the region is desirable.

  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Self- directed in working with customers to meet and exceed business objectives.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and fluency in Spanish.

  • Full driving license and willingness to travel as needed across Iberia.
