RESPONSIBILITIES: (Correct)

• Contractor will assist with multiple projects, working with customers (mainly Home Depot & Lowes) - Example: If Home Depot sends a request to the team stating they are expecting 50 items that need to be updated (lets say the size), this team is expected to update the order.

• In this role, Contractor will also take inbound phone calls from homeowners ("do it yourselfers") that customers (Home Depot or Lowes) may not be able to assist.

• Data Management and working within the company portal will be a large portion of this role

• Regular communication with team/supervisor, as well as daily communication with other departments

• They will to communicate back with customer often: Inbound and Outbound.

Retail: this will have much more inbound calling to start, so much more customer service oriented to being, compared to the Mid-America spot.
