Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Receptionist in the Public Safety industry, located in Commerce City, Colorado, United States. As a Receptionist, you will be in charge of various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing customer interactions, and maintaining office supplies, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently respond to incoming phone calls using a multi-line system

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers

• Handle data entry tasks as required

• Manage email correspondence ensuring timely and detail oriented responses

• Utilize interpersonal skills to maintain a friendly and welcoming environment

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for various office tasks

• Keep files organized and easily accessible

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for conferences

• Ensure the timely ordering and stocking of office supplies. Requirements • Proficiency in answering multi-line phone system

• Strong customer service skills

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management
