What You'll Do
As our HRIS Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things HR systems. Your role will include:
Data Guru: Crunch numbers, analyze data, and ensure our HR systems are accurate and up-to-date.
System Superhero: Manage and troubleshoot our HRIS (UKG PRO) while helping teammates master the tools.
Payroll & Benefits Partner: Support payroll processes, benefits enrollment, and Open Enrollment tasks.
Efficiency Booster: Build custom dashboards, reports, and tools to streamline workflows and decision-making.
Audit Ace: Regularly review records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency across the board.
Training Rockstar: Help new hires and managers navigate our systems with ease.
Solutions Finder: Recommend and implement system upgrades and improvements to keep us ahead of the curve.
Data Detective: Respond to requests for data and deliver reports that drive key business insights.
What You Bring
Fluent in English (bonus points for Spanish!)
Expertise with HRIS systems (experience with UKG PRO is a huge plus)
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
At least 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry like food services
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, dynamic environment
A sharp eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 - $100,000
