Job Title: Welding Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various welding tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to work on a variety of projects, contributing to the creation and maintenance of durable structures.
Responsibilities
Perform welding tasks using TIG welding techniques.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly.
Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on welding equipment.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in TIG welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Strong fabrication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with blueprint reading and interpretation.
Previous experience in a welding or fabrication role.

Work Environment
This position is for the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm. Overtime may be required, typically on Saturdays with minimal Sunday work. Employees working on Sundays receive double pay. The work environment includes working with various welding equipment and adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe and productive workspace.
