Inspired Solutions USA, Inc. -- Vice President, Head of Supply Chain Job Duties: Establish vertically integrated supply chain model and operational structure by creating supply chain team; Oversee supply chain functions of the Sales and Marketing, Product Development and Design teams to ensure strategic objectives are met; Track market trends, analyze inventories, review performance parameters, set strategic goals and identify areas of improvement; Adjust and adapt integration model based on forecasted demand; Interact with various cross-functional teams to develop and coordinate product development plans that expand the scope of product offerings from concept to launch to ensure orderly and timely transitions in product flow; Identify and implement improvements to supply chain process in order to improve performance and reduce waste; Maintain strong relationships with the global supply chain partners to analyze projected demand and ensure availability of products; Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as design consultants and suppliers to discuss performance metrics for product procurement as it relates to supply chain and discuss changes to product flow based on market forecasts; Review supplier and vendor activity to assess ability to meet product quality specifications and meet delivery timelines.
Requirements: Requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering, Logistics, or closely related field, plus 7 years' experience working for a global retail manufacturer to include at least 5 years' experience focusing on supply chain management using technologies including Salesforce, Movex, and FastReact or equivalent applications. International travel required. Must live within commuting distance of New Albany, Ohio.
