The selected candidate will have the flexibility towork remotely from their home office but must live within a 45-minute commute of Columbus, OH and will report to our Columbus, OH office about 5-10 times/month. What you will be doing: As a Right of Way Project Manager, you are responsible for day-to-day management and overall success of electric transmission Right of Way projects.The Project Manager will assist in establishing strong relationships with current clients and identifying potential opportunities. They are responsible for reviewing scope of work, developing and monitoring projectschedule, budgetand forecasting staffing needs, reviewing due diligence, compiling pricing and tracking progress throughout the life of projects. Must identify and implement department process improvements as necessary, provide technical assistance, resolve issues. Will oversee and provide support of a staff of at least 5whichincludes performance managementworkload management and other personnel related matters. Has excellent communication skills; verbal, written, interpersonal, listening. Is approachable, responsive and comfortableinteracting with diverse groups of people. Valid Driver's License Bonus pointsif you have IRWA certifications, PMP, and/or Notary.
