Training Coordinator | HIRING IMMEDIATELY |Columbus, OH
Available Shift:
8:00am-4:00pm
Mon-Friday
Compensation:
Starting pay starts at $17.50
Eligible for annual & skill-based wage increases
Eligible for monthly bonus based upon plant productivity*

Responsibilities
Document Coordinator Responsibilities:
As the keeper of all documents that are required to be controlled, the TDC will be responsible for the following basic document control functions. In this role it is critical that all records are complete, up-to-date and readily available for any and all audit (internal and external).
New hire training records
Annual retraining/certification
Specific skills training/certification
Training records/logs maintenance
Notification of training and recertifications that are due
Controlled documentation records and history
Organization of the electronic structure and storage of controlled documents
Assignment of new SOP, SWIS and other procedure control numbers
Writing of new SOP, SWIS and other procedures with direction from specific department leadership
Translation of documents as required
Ensuring that documents are organized and readily available for retrieval for audits such as PEPS, BRC and SMETA
Will assist in document and record retrieval during required audits
Qualifications
Job Essentials:
Must meet the eligibility requirements as listed in the Pactiv Evergreen Job Posting Policy (See employee handbook)
Strong Microsoft Office skills are necessary
Strong organizational skills are required
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Must be able to flex hours to accommodate training coordination
