Responsibilities As a Talent Development Administrator, you will be accountable for supporting company employment retention Initiatives for sales representatives and for assisting in the facilitation of effective sales representative development and onboarding programs. You will also collaborate with program stakeholders by providing exceptional support and customer service at all points in the sales representative lifecycle. Implements the Company's effective programs to support the development of new sales reps in collaboration with their immediate manager. Provides updates and reports on tracking and results regarding development program results each month to all program participants and their immediate manager. Coordinates with sales management to analyze results and suggests corrective and/or development actions to drive results. Attends meetings and delivers presentations to explain development programs and results. Builds and maintains working relationship with entire sales team, management and internal staff. Provides back-up support and tracking to other departmental programs. Qualifications 1-2 years' experience in an administrative support role preferred Some proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) The ability to read and write small letters and numbers; the ability to make arithmetic calculations and the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions. Additional Information The pay rate for this role is $23.62 per/hour This is a hybrid role, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
