Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance financial models and tools to analyze sales performance, forecast revenue, and identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide financial insights, budgeting support, and cost analysis for various sales initiatives and campaigns.
Conduct pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to optimize profitability while considering market competition.
Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends, variances, and potential risks, and propose actionable solutions.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and provide ongoing financial support to the sales organization.
Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track sales performance against targets.
Work cross-functionally with various teams, including finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure alignment and provide financial guidance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales finance processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
5-8 years of relevant experience in a sales finance or financial analysis role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Expertise in Microsoft Excel and strong skills in other Office applications (Word, PowerPoint). Experience with financial planning software and BI tools is an asset.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
A team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $70,600 to $141,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
