Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking two dedicated Shipping Clerks to join our team on the day shift. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking orders using software and assisting in preparing orders for shipping.

Responsibilities

• Track orders using software

• Assist in getting orders ready for shipping

• Perform kitting, packing, picking, and packaging tasks

• Manage shipping and receiving activities

• Handle inventory control

• Operate pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and forklift

• Utilize shipping software including FedEx, UPS, SAP, and WMS

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse operations

• Shipping and receiving

• Kitting, packing, picking, and packaging

• Inventory control

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift operation

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Work Environment

The work environment is extremely climate-controlled, ensuring comfort throughout your shift. The facility is brand new and state-of-the-art, providing a clean and efficient workspace. The first shift runs from 6 AM to 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday, with optional shifts on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $19.00/hr.
