JPMorgan Chase Senior Product Performance Associate - Service Product in Columbus, Ohio

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in our Product Management Team, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. You will work with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. This role provides an opportunity to be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, while navigating through and solving complex challenges.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies related to Business Case Management by partnering with Product Owners/Finance/BP&A to create and maintain detailed business cases, and aid in folding updates (actuals, ramp changes, etc.) into program level summary views, quarterly submissions, and crafting messages to communicate program updates.

  • Partner with internal cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Finance, Workforce Planning, Analytics, etc) to scope investment & benefits, obtain reporting to measure module success & track against our business case (baselines, post-launch, etc.), and translate reporting into dashboards, refine stories as performance changes and/or as environment changes.

  • Quantify the value of features being added in each of the product groups, and curate product-level Key Performance Indicators to track against.

  • Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience in product deployment processes

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or Financial Business Analysis

  • Strong communication skills - both written & verbal - with ability to quickly solve problems and present ideas and results to multiple stakeholders; superior verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated performance in product management with the ability to analyze complex initiatives and new product features to calculate and present financial and experiential benefits to internal and external stakeholders in a concise and digestible manner

  • Experience executing operational management activities with an ability to synchronously multi-task high-priority projects

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and the ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management or similar field

  • Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle with experience using Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
