Humana Senior, IT Product Owner(CIAM) in Columbus, Ohio

The Senior IT Product Owner (PO) role is responsible for managing and communicating the vision and roadmap for products to the Consumer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Scrum team by defining user stories and prioritizing product backlog. The Product Owner represents the voice of the customer to the team and should articulate WHAT is to be delivered but leave it to the team to determine the HOW. The role drives value to the business by building and maintaining a product backlog in collaboration with stakeholder and delivery teams. The PO owns the articulation and prioritization of backlog in small increments of value that can be delivered by their team in 2-week iterations.

They should have a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management and consumer IAM work area professional concepts/standards, regulations, strategies, and operating standards.

Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with the CIAM Product Manager, customers/stakeholders, and dependent/diverse teams to align on priorities, set commitments and prioritize the backlog.
Engaging the team daily, breaking down features into stories, and refine and prioritize work in the team’s backlog.
Facilitate planning activities and sessions (sprint and PI)
Participate in scrum events like daily stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives.
They own messaging of status and health of the CIAM team’s delivery ensuring that the work meets the customer’s needs.
Follow established guidelines/procedures. As needed, make decisions in ambiguous situations and require minimal direction.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical experience
3+ years of Product Owner and/or equivalent technical experience with managing consumer-based identity and access control platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage, influence, negotiate and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders with often conflicting priorities and requirements.
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in technical design and practical implementation of IT solutions.
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
ForgeRock highly preferred
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager Certification
Working knowledge of cyber security concepts, cloud and tools including Identity Access Management (IAM).
Experience delivering solutions in both a traditional waterfall and agile environment.
Significant experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or other work management tools.
Comfortable with ambiguity and facilitating discussions to explore the best possible solutions and possess the ability to lead.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Remote/WAH requirements:
WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.
A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.
Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$102,200 - $140,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
