Huntington National Bank Senior Identity and Access Management Engineer in Columbus, Ohio
Description
Our Identity & Access Engineer is responsible for the entire identity and access management system. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have a solid understanding of security policies, processes, excellent project management skills, demonstrated an ability to support multiple, large initiatives simultaneously, and be an expert who will achieve results while maintaining a high velocity of activity across the security program.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the Identity and Access Management engineer for the bank.
Design, maintenance and support of the Identity and Access Management domain such as Identity Management, Access Management, Directory Management, Single Sign-On, and Federation
Analyze and resolve complex authentication, integration and automation issues
Provide guidance on integrating the identity management authentication an authorization framework into existing applications
Analyze, develop and implement new identity management solutions based on requirements while ensuring adherence to information security standards, custom development standards and corporate policy
Continuously seek to improve the time, cost and risk associated with the automation of user authentication
Supports delivery and implementation of Role Based Access Controls for applications, infrastructure and business groups.
Provide training and support for Role Engineers in the Identity and Access Management team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
3 years of experience in managing Identity and Access Management related functions
2 years of experience in Information Security or in management of a cross functional department
2 years of experience gathering requirements and demonstrating successful delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
Active Directory administration skills, including AD monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management
Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes
Experience with Active Directory Federation Services, Microfocus NetIQ, SailPoint, etc.
Support ticketing systems (ServiceNow, etc.)
Experience with CyberArk
Multi-factor authentication technologies
Familiarity with the standards for SSO technologies such as SAML2, OAuth2,
Knowledge and experience with Identity and Access Management technologies
Experience with user provisioning, system authorization, PKI, MFA, AAA solutions, and password vaulting systems and services
Ability to present and deliver at executive level program metrics articulating needs in quantifiable fashion, and identifying issues through quantitative analysis
Ability to drive large scale complex initiatives, asking for assistance and justifying that need along the way
Interact professionally and effectively with clients, business partners, and peers at all levels
