This Senior Decision Support Analyst role will serve as the Platform Activation Specialist for our client. The Sr. DSA will be an integral part of the client’s overall campaign management operations, collaborating closely with Campaign Management Leads and brand leads to design, build, and execute data flow processes. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, segmented, and formatted data for campaign distribution, leveraging campaign management tools, particularly Adobe Campaign. Additionally, the Sr. DSA will innovate using business intelligence tools to support journey-based marketing solutions.

What You Will Do:

• Campaign Management

• Design, build, and execute email and direct mail campaigns end-to-end using Adobe Campaign.

• Develop data flow charts to ensure accurate data segmentation, cleansing, and campaign distribution.

• Collaborate with Campaign Management Leads and other stakeholders to validate and sign off on deliverables.

• Execute post-release validations and ensure compliance with SLAs through audits.

• Data Operations

• Retrieve, prepare, and integrate data into Adobe Campaign for execution.

• Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency in campaign processes.

• Provide recommendations to optimize suppressions, deduplication, and targeting in campaign workflows.

• Client Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client’s campaign operations and technical inquiries.

• Drive improvements in processes, tools, and standards while maintaining strong client relationships.

• Collaborate with client IT/product partners, architects, and engineers to troubleshoot, update applications, and implement code changes.

• Reporting and Analysis

• Execute reporting mechanisms, including manual and automated custom client reports.

• Measure and analyze campaign efficiency, operational performance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Document and share best practices, lessons learned, and innovative solutions.

What You Will Have:

• Advanced, proven knowledge of campaign management tools, particularly Adobe Campaign.

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of related experience or equivalent work experience.

• Strong understanding of data segmentation, cleansing, and campaign execution processes.

• Proficiency in SQL/PL-SQL for working with relational databases and supporting campaign workflows.

• Demonstrated ability to design, execute, and troubleshoot end-to-end marketing campaigns.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and ETL processes.

• Familiarity with UNIX/Linux environments.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Excellent client communication skills, with a track record of resolving issues and answering inquiries effectively.

Additional Information:
