Renaissance Sales Enablement Program Manager in Columbus, Ohio

Renaissance is seeking an insightful, highly motivated, creative enablement professional who is passionate about helping others succeed. As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will provide our sales organization with learning, content, and resources to maximize growth and motivate success. Collaborating closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Operations, Product Marketing, and the broader Revenue Enablement and Go-To-Market team, you will lead the design and implementation of strategic enablement programs to support strategic business goals and enhance the effectiveness of our sales organization.

In this role as Sales Enablement Program Manager you will:

  • Support the development and delivery of our portfolio of sales enablement programs.

  • Partner with leadership, high-performing reps, and key cross-functional partners to uncover business needs, design learning programs, launch, iterate, and measure impact.

  • Build and manage repeatable and scalable enablement programs and strategies.

  • Facilitate learning and readiness programming to maximize the effectiveness and performance of the sales team.

  • Establish clear project plans that define the strategic impact, scope, implementation plans, and success metrics.

  • Develop a systematic approach for prioritizing, organizing, and deploying sales enablement content.

  • Create a culture of continuous improvement and optimization for program content and back-end processes.

  • Identify opportunities and proactively pursue initiatives for how we can drive stronger collaboration across our Revenue and Go-To-Market teams.

For this role as a Sales Enablement Program Manager you should have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a dedicated role in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development in a high-performance sales organization.

  • Experience in a Sales or Business Development role is highly preferred.

  • Experience as a sales enablement facilitator, with the ability to engage and inspire others.

  • Drive to establish thoughtful and clear program design.

  • Ability to simultaneously vision out what’s possible while breaking the journey there into concrete, actionable steps.

  • Strong project management skills and can effectively manage multiple initiatives at once

  • Experience scoping and executing on sales enablement tools optimization; Highspot preferred.

  • Knowledge and understanding of sales methodologies and the MEDDPICC Qualification Framework.

  • High degree of business acumen and detailed understanding of sales cycles.

  • A growth mindset committed to driving employee success and organizational excellence.

  • Highly collaborative with a strong ability to lead cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience executing in modern eLearning tools, web-based meeting tools (Teams, etc.), Salesforce, Outreach, and knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Highspot, etc.) to build engaging and transformative learning programs.

Salary Range: $120,500 to 165,700 This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
