Summary:
Operations Customer Service Specialist 1 - Under general supervision, candidate will provide operational backroom and clerical support related to the Huntington credit card products. The research and support of daily processes will be conducted using numerous bank systems such as Customer Information System (CIS), Deposits system (Hogan), automated workflow system TRIPS, online report viewing (SAR), check image archive (Check Vision), general ledger web, FISERV Card system, and SCRA tracking system (MAX) while leveraging SCRA (Service members Civil Relief Act) guidelines. This support may also include preforming User Acceptance Testing for system upgrades and/or new products. Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for clerical support related to the Huntington credit card products. Research and support of daily processes will be conducted using numerous bank systems.
Escalates complex customer issues as appropriate.
Detail oriented and able to deliver highest quality of customer service.
Demonstrate sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing environment for the Bank, Regulations and other external factors.
This is a hybrid role. Must be located near 5555 Cleveland Ave Columbus, Ohio, 295 Huntington Circle Akron, Ohio, or 325 Beach St Flint, MI.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience with working knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word) required.
1 or more years experience in a customer service and/or banking

Preferred Qualifications:
1 or more years experience using financial institution and third-party systems for plastics transactions or related payment transactions
1 or more years in research experience in a customer service environment
Prior experience servicing a credit/debit card product, or demonstrated familiarity with the requirements related to Service members Civil Relief Act (SCRA)
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision as position
Strong communication skills are required as candidate will communicate verbally and in writing throughout the day with internal customers and representatives of a third-party service provider.
Candidate is required to be team oriented and customer focused.
